The turn of the year is always a time to reflect on and appreciate all that we have achieved together. 2024 has been no exception: a year of transformations, challenges and, above all, significant achievements. At Hedyla we have grown as a company, strengthened our product offering and expanded our collaborations with customers and partners in the logistics sector.<\/span><\/p>

But above all, 2024 has made something very clear to us: the power of a committed team and the importance of listening to and learning from our customers. These two pillars have been essential to turn challenges into opportunities and to continue innovating in a sector as dynamic as ours.<\/span><\/p>

TEAM<\/b><\/h2>

None of what we have achieved would be possible without our team. This 2024 has been a special challenge, marked by major changes in management following the departure of two of our founders. This process has brought us even closer together, proving once again that resilience and team commitment are Hedyla's main driving force.<\/span><\/p>

We are committed to the professional growth and development of each member, fostering a collaborative, motivating and inclusive environment. Throughout the year, each department has demonstrated its ability to adapt to challenges and transform ideas into concrete results. Thanks to our collective effort, we continue to strengthen our corporate culture and generate value for our customers and employees.<\/span><\/p>

CUSTOMERS<\/b><\/h2>

Our customers are at the center of everything we do. This 2024 has been a year in which we have added new customers and, at the same time, strengthened relationships with existing ones. These collaborations are not just about more revenue, they also inspire us and help us build a better product.<\/span><\/p>

We have also experienced a growth in the number of partnerships, with new allies joining our network and others showing a clear interest in collaborating with us. These relationships are critical as we continue to expand our impact on the logistics industry.<\/span><\/p>

\u201cOne more year we continue to prioritize customer satisfaction with a high quality of utility and a good product that meets their expectations. At the corporate level, this year 2025 is key to further consolidate Hedyla and lay the foundations for growth in the coming years. We have exciting challenges and we must be mentally prepared to think big.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>

PRODUCT<\/b><\/h2>

This year we have consolidated and improved our technological solutions, focusing on the development of tools that provide real value to our customers. Improvements include advances in real-time tracking, document management, efficient notifications and the final version of our warehouse management system. We have also made great strides in projects that will see the light of day in 2025, designed to further optimize logistics operations and improve our users' experience.<\/span><\/p>

2025 will bring key functionalities such as advanced planning without the need for exact coordinates, complete reoptimization of plans, a new communication module, dynamic reservation systems and visual tools that will make planning more intuitive.<\/span><\/p>

\u201cThis year we have worked hard on our product, consolidating it as a complete TMS and integrating key modules that have made a big difference. For next year, our expectations are even higher: we will develop new modules that will take the TMS to a higher level of complexity and functionality, expanding its scope and potential...\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>

EVENTS<\/b><\/h2>

This year, our participation in trade fairs and events has been key to consolidate our visibility and strengthen relationships. As exhibitors, we have been present at relevant events such as SIL, Logistics & Automation and, for the first time, LogisForum. As visitors, we have also participated in high-impact fairs such as Alimentaria, BNEW, MWC, Smart City Expo and \u201cLa M\u00fasica del Vi\u201d, the latter as guests of a client.<\/span><\/p>

We especially highlight our presence in the Professional Logistics Awards, where we were awarded as winners, and our classification as finalists in the CEL Awards for the best startup, awards that are now in their XXXIV edition and where the most important players in the sector meet. These awards reinforce our commitment to continue leading the technological transformation in logistics.<\/span><\/p>

\u201cOnce again this year, the work of the marketing and communications department has been key to strengthening our visibility and positioning us in the sector. After a 2024 full of achievements, we face 2025 with great desire to continue growing and exploring new ways to tell what we do. We want to consolidate our presence and connect in an authentic way, always aligned with Hedyla's values. Looking ahead to 2025<\/b><\/h2>

The year 2025 presents us with new challenges. We want to continue innovating, developing solutions that bring real value to our customers and exploring new markets, both nationally and internationally. Our goal is to strengthen our position as a technological benchmark in the industry and to continue building a sustainable and efficient future for logistics.<\/span><\/p>

This year we will also focus on expanding our team, attracting talent that shares our vision and strengthening our collaborative work culture. We will continue to actively participate in key industry events and explore new opportunities to grow with our customers and partners.<\/span><\/p>

Thanks to all of you who are part of this adventure: customers, partners and, of course, our team. We are convinced that 2025 will be a year of shared success, innovation and continuous growth.<\/span><\/p>
