Taisa Logistics is an integrated logistics operator with more than 50 years of experience, with presence in Spain and Europe. It offers customized logistics solutions, supported by innovation and digitization of processes, as well as a strong commitment to sustainability.
The Challenge
Taisa's logistics process presented significant challenges that affected its efficiency and profitability. Load planning was costly and time-consuming, while the OTM system required constant configuration and technical support, limiting the planners' autonomy. In addition, the system lacked centralized tariff and data management, hindering visibility and control over the operation.
In short, Taisa Logistics was looking for a solution that, among other functionalities, would allow it to:
